This question will
almost always eventually need to be tested to ensure its success. What others
have found by and large is that as long as the two CTA’s are distinctly
different from one another then it can be an opportunity for users to
self-segments themselves on your site.
For example, one CTA may say “Speak to
an expert for a custom quote,” while another (distinctly different) CTA may say
“download a PDF for general questions.” These two very different CTA’s would
enable the more seriously motivated users to continue to a sales team, while
the less motivated users will be able to access the information they are
looking for to eventually guide them further along the process.
