Search query report is available in Google, Bing and Yahoo ad platforms. It enables you to see the exact search terms that your ads were served on. With the help of this report you can identify high performing search terms that can be added as keywords to your campaigns and ad groups in exact match (if you don't have them already).
You can also identify terms that are completely irrelevant to your business/offering and add them as negative keywords to your ad groups/campaigns in order to prevent wasting money for irrelevant clicks.
