Hi Jose - My company Partner Commerce specializes in managing affiliate programs for B2B companies. I'd be happy to discuss how our service works and offer some free guidance on general approach to building a program. Shoot me an email at adam AT partnercommerce DOTCOM.

Hi Jose,
To add to Adam's answer:
Affiliate marketing is a great option in the B2B space, especially with the often high cost of buying targeted media to that audience. How and who you recruit to your affiliate program depends on what you are selling and what your sales funnel looks like.
Often, B2B products will have a longer sales cycle that includes lead nurturing. This gives you the option to pay affiliates for driving leads, qualified leads, sales or even all 3. This ensures that affiliates are driving quality traffic to your site, rather than spam.
One you have decided which actions you would like to drive and pay for in the program, you must ensure that you have a competitive commission structure. If you do not pay what your competitors are willing to, many affiliates will not promote you.
Next I would suggest reaching out to companies that have a similar audience. Often affiliates will look only for payment, but non-traditional affiliates may also see a value in you reciprocating by promoting their product as well. This could be in the form of content or email promotion.
In the end, if you have a quality product, others should be willing to link to you. If you are able to demonstrate the value you provide to customers to potential affiliates, they will be more likely to choose your offer to promote over a competitor. If you’d like to discuss further, shoot me an email at mike@partnercommerce.com.
