How may I obtain opportunity for International Capitalist funding of a few ideas (non-American)?

I have a few Ideas, and I'd love an opportunity to request start-up funding or offer part-ownership, but I'm not American - I'm a British Territory Citizen from Bermuda. Do you have any leads or contact information of someone or people whom I may be able to contact by phone or email?

Hi Bambi, you could apply to Y Combinator. They take international entrepreneurs. Other than that, are there no startup incubators or accelerators in Bermuda? A quick search on Google also turned up 1583 angel investors in Bermuda:
