2. Direct Mail: This one can be huge. Lending Club, Prosper and credit card companies use it extensively. And based on the volume, frequency and longevity, it must be working for them!
3. Porn sites (for "sin" products like tobacco, alcohol and vaping). If you are not concerned about your brand's image you can get really low CPCs from networks like JuicyAds.
4. Email traffic. There are companies that will let you rent email lists of highly targeted demographics. You've got to be extremely careful with spam though. It is generally best to let them email on your behalf.
