What factors do you consider when evaluating a swag merchant?
I am helping a vendor who does bespoke t-shirts, caps, pens, notebooks and other swag for companies. The business is chugging along but not really growing and we would like to get more customers. What are factors you consider when hiring someone to produce your swag? What are things you've been unhappy about when you ordered merchandise?
