The fact that this tool launched in 2016 and is still going strong is a good sign - if it was a subpar product, it probably wouldn’t have been able to last through the competition as ecommerce heated up.
A handful of Quora reviewers cite positive experiences with Algopix, which you might find a little more trustworthy than Capterra reviews.
Another good sign is the fact that the founders have the right industry experience and know-how to build a quality product.
You might want to check out this AMA with co-founder Dani Avitz. His candid, thorough answers mostly aren’t about Algopix directly, but I’d certainly be more likely to trust a product built by experienced founders who gladly offer helpful information like this.
