Unfortunately people are less comfortable interacting with brands on Instagram than they are on many other social channels.
One way you could try to connect on a more "human" level is Instagram Stories, which have been growing and feel like a more organic place to put any call to action.
It's important to note that Facebook has been penalizing company's organic content on their platforms for the last few years to force them to use paid advertising on their platforms.
You also have to consider what conversion rates generally look like and apply that to your 13,000 followers. If 1 in 5 of them see your post, that leaves you with less than 3,000 people.
If 5% of them are motivated to go to your site (which is a very generous estimate), that gets you at 150 people. If you have a 10% conversion rate (which again, very generous), you get 15 customers.
If you want to widely scale on Instagram, I'd recommend running ads through Facebook ads manager.
You can target your followers to make sure they see the ads, and can every create "lookalike" audiences from your followers to find similar people who may enjoy your brand.
