So far, my experience from using HUBOO for fulfillment has been really smooth because they fulfilled what they promised in their package, though the promises are not much, they maintained the few.
I had the opportunity to store my products for two months without having to pay for it, but payment commenced after the two months. I could say the price is fair enough because they charged $1.28 for a medium sized parcel for one-month storage.
They run an easy dashboard that really made the process easy; you do not need to be tech savvy before using the platform. The dashboard just contains your listings, stock, sales, hub, hub help and create tickets.
I got my Huboo account in less than a minute, and it was connected to eBay in not more than five minutes, immediately after, I was able to select my product listings and send to Huboo.
The major factor that impressed me in the dashboard is the tracking that reflected on the dashboard in no time; it enabled me to monitor my products movement.
Another factor I used to reduce cost using Huboo was sending my stocks that are ready to post.
I have not had a need for the protection part of their services, but they promised account protection and individual item protection.
Their account protection is of two types one pays for any item loss at 2% charge of your total monthly sales and the other pays for half the sales price of the item at a charge rate of 1% of your total sales for the month.
I have not had the course to use this service because reviews have it that you barely get into damage issue and so far I have not experienced any damage.
I used Huboo to also manually order for items from other channels that I did not integrate into my account by simply placing the address, the way I want it to be sent and the item that is to be sent.
A thing I also noticed about Huboo is their monthly subscription rate, they have different packages that anyone can choose from, their packages range from bronze, silver, gold, enterprise and corporate, their prices are different, and it is between $10.24 to $192 monthly.
When I use I had the option of packaging my product myself or let them pack it for me which I paid for, they have different categories of packaging, and each category has its own pricing.
If you have the time to spare you can pack if you don’t have the time they can package for you.

Don't believe trust pilot. They are populating their own reviews, me and my partner trusted them with our business and we had nothing but disastrous outcome.

Hi, I have been using their services for almost 2 years. I couldn't get any reliable response from the customer support team. They reply and close the cases very quickly but the issues are not sorted most of times. Rather than most common delivery issues, I want to let you know about their storage fees and their billing on these services.
I had a right run-in with them about one of my storage bills. They claimed I had 15 pallets stored with 'em, but I haven't sent more than 10 pallets their depot in the past 2 years. Upon my calculation, we have maximum 4 pallets and the 2 of them were delivered in July and Aug 2023.
They say they don't charge for the first 2 months, so they should only be charging me for the rest. When I ask for some photos of my pallets, they couldn't deliver. When I want to schedule a warehouse visit, they told me it could be available after their consolidation of my pallets.
There is no evidence or proof of the volume of your stored items. And to top it all off, they charged me a storage fee that's so high, it's hard to believe! It might be ok, if we can discuss fairly. This is why I want to answer this question. There is no doubt, think twice and talk with the people currently work with them.

Loss of large amounts of stock shipped to their warehouse.
Poor shipment tracking, with tracking information often unavailable or failing despite the use of tracked services.
Accumulation of unresolved support tickets, with few issues actually addressed.
Continued shipment of wrong items despite repeated requests for corrective action.
General increases in prices previously agreed upon in the contract.
Erratic billing, with incorrect or inconsistent invoices.
I strongly advise against entrusting your fulfillment requirements to Huboo. Instead, spend your time, money, and business trust in a reputable company. Honest reviews of Huboo's performance are readily available, and they paint a telling picture.
