AliBilling is a Chrome extension that automatically saves order details from AliExpress shipments so you can easily download the information when you need it. It syncs with the AliExpress site, so you really don’t have to do anything besides download the extension and click a button.
It’s perhaps so simple that it doesn’t really merit a review, which might be why you can’t seem to find any. AliBilling doesn’t do anything new or fancy - it just aggregates existing information in an easy-to-use way.
How to Use AliBilling
Once you’ve downloaded the extension, you’ll just need to fill out the basic details about your company, including name, address, and tax information. After that’s done, you’ll see a “Download Order Details” option appear in your AliExpress account. When you click that button, a copy of your invoice is automatically saved, with the option to print it or save a digital copy.
AliBilling isn’t the only option out there for getting invoices (Shopify, for example, has a whole host of apps to choose from), but it may be the easiest and most effective. For something similar, you can also try Ali Invoice, an extension that appears to do effectively the same thing.
Based on the reviews on the Chrome web store, though, AliBilling is a little more popular than Ali Invoice. A couple of Ali Invoice users mention having trouble viewing the fields they needed to see, while AliBilling users mostly give rave reviews (the only negative reviews were those who didn’t like the lack of a free trial, which has since changed).
The Cost of AliBilling
In fact, Ali Invoice is a slightly cheaper option, at $60 for lifetime use. AliBilling costs $60 for just one year of unlimited invoices.
However, AliBilling lets you test out its services with five free invoices at first, which is a good idea before you commit. If you like what you get, you can spring for the subscription that works best for you, but if AliBilling doesn’t live up to what you expected, you can try Ali Invoice next.
