Sometimes you have to accept that you can't. We have been selling on Amazon for 10 years. Initially it went very well, but I always knew our product was easy to copy, we aren't a wholesaler and we aren't a big company and we're in an incredibly competitive space, so I suspected we'd be nudged out eventually.
And we have, more or less. Amazon is now just a small part of our business. It took me a couple of years to finally accept that. The only reason we do any sales there now is from the couple thousand reviews we accumulated on our product over the first few years. We sell about 10% of what we did on Amazon a few years ago, and that's with over 2,000 genuine reviews on our most popular product. Depends on what your product is but I wouldn't be depending on Amazon solely
Now we're focused on our website and B2B, and it is working a lot better and is lot more protectable.
