Try uploading a Logo, Cover Photo and Business Photo from the Google Business Profile / GMB backend

If you've already tried that then here's 2 more things to try
1) Try asking the person who posted that photo to remove it from the profile
2) If they're un-cooperative you can 'report' the photo to get it taken down
3) You can upload a photo as a consumer using the google maps app, in the hopes that it over-takes the other photo
