No two companies operate the same way. And so, when targeting large corporations with over a hundred employees, you may want to target more than just the CEO or HR manager.
Feel free to engage the leaders of various departments within the company; who knows, they could be planning a small party later.
Here’s a short list of everyone you can meet:
-
C-Suite portfolios like CEOs, Chief Market Officers (CMOs), Chief HR Officers (CHROs), and Chief Operating Officers (COOs).
-
Corporate leaders like Vice Presidents, Supervisors, Managers, Procurement Managers, and Directors.
-
Internal Staff like Marketing Specialists, HR Coordinators, and Customer Care Agents.
Your ideal target should be the C-Suite class because they have the decision-making power your brand needs. But that doesn’t mean neglecting the corporate leaders and internal staff.
Also, if you choose to reach out to the internal staff, don’t hesitate to ask them to point you to the right person who can handle your request. One challenge brands face is that they pitch their services to the wrong person who may love doesn't have the decision-making power.
