Answer Question
Should one spend any effort doing SEO for Bing, Yahoo and others?
We've started noticing Bing as a traffic source in our Google analytics. I did a quick search on search engine market share and according to Statista, Google has 63% share in the US.
So naturally the question follows, is there any special SEO one can do for Bing and Yahoo to get more traffic from them? (Because presumably, they use different ranking algorithms). 35% is not insignificant and if most others are just focused on Google maybe we can scoop up some extra traffic? Assuming that if there is Bing/Yahoo specific SEO it would be additive and not negate the Google SEO we currently do.
By the way, StatCounter says Google's share in the US is 88%. Which one is more accurate?
