Is it common practice to use two sets of invoices with Alibaba suppliers?
We are dealing with a supplier on Alibaba and wondering if we should use two sets of invoices to reduce tariffs on goods from China. The supplier says he can send one invoice for what we'll pay and another lower one for customs. Is it risky to do this? Is it common practice?
