Does anyone have experience getting clients through RFPs?
I've heard a few people say they got major consulting deals with large companies by scouring the web for RFPs (Request for Proposal) and responding to them. This whole world is a 'black box' to us and would like to understand it more:
- Where do we find the RFPs?
- How much effort is required?
- How realistic is it to earn new business via RFPs?
