When is the best time to hire a salesperson?
We run a small gym and have recently had a growth spurt and moved to a new location. Before, I did all the work but after reading E-Myth Revisited, I realize I need to work on the business and hire others to work in the business.
We also need a couple dozen more members to break even at this new location. I figured this would be a good time to hire a salesperson who can focus 100% on signing up new members and also up-selling other products and services. I am hoping this person can also double as a social media and marketing maven. Is this too much to ask of one hire?
