How can we get more people to call from a web form?
I am working on a lead generation project where people fill in a form to get a 'lead magnet'. After the initial screen, there is also an option to call. Those who call convert at a much higher rate (versus the ones who continue filling out the multi-stage form). What are some ideas for enticing more of the form fillers to call? We've tried more prominent calls to action for calling while minimizing the option to continue filling the form, with little success. Would love to hear your thoughts.
