Tips for effectively fighting chargebacks?
What are some tips for presenting a strong chargeback dispute? Some of our customers are taking advantage of us and while I have usually maintained a "customer is always right" attitude, we now need to be more strict about when to issue a refund. When we decline a refund request, most do a chargeback. And too many chargebacks that prevail will hurt our merchant rating so we need a good strategy. I am new to this and would appreciate your most effective tips.
