What do you think about doing a profit sharing deal with an SEO expert?
We are doing decent sales with paid ads and would now like to generate more organic traffic. In the past, we've tried working with a few SEO experts who promised heaven but the results were always lackluster.
They didn't get us much traffic or if they got us traffic it was for low value keywords (not 'high buy intent' ones). We are talking to a guy who seems to know his stuff and is suggesting a profit sharing deal for the traffic he is able to generate. What do you think about this?
While it seems like zero risk, SEO is unpredictable and it might be hard to say what new traffic is from his work rather than just 'natural' growth, which continues to grow, albeit a lot slower than we'd like!
