How much effort should a B2B company invest in producing content for social media?
We are a small team selling fittings (mostly B2B) to offices and workplaces. Given our limited resources, how much time should we invest in producing content for social media?
When I look at the social media pages of our larger competitors there is lots of content but little engagement (zero comments and maybe one like out of several posts). Since creating content takes away time/resources from other activities, is it worth it?
I am thinking that maybe social media is much more effective/relevant for B2C companies.
