How Can We Increase Conversions for Our Specialty Gourmet Products Site
Hey everybody! So up until about a month ago, nearly 100% of our business was focused on wholesale. We are primarily manufacturers of specialty food products with over 150 accounts across the country that we've built up over the last year. Unfortunately, with COVID-19 wholesale has completely stopped and most of our stores are (hopefully temporarily) closed.
So I've been working on building up our online traffic to our website. I'm currently running Facebook ads and we're getting some really good traffic with low (less than 2%) bounce rates. We're spending about $20/day and getting around 200 unique visitors per day. We're adding 8-10 newsletter subscribers every day as well.
I'm just wondering if there's anything we can do to increase conversions. I know that these are weird times and people aren't so keen on spending money right now with all the uncertainty. Do I just need to be patient until things normalize?
I'm very much open to critiques of the site. Let me know if there's something I'm missing here. Thanks!
