Will iBuying become the dominant way to buy/sell homes?
Zillow, OpenDoor and Redfin are all aggressively moving into iBuying i.e. buying homes themselves, fixing them up then re-selling them. And OpenDoor is the first to consistently make money according to this WSJ article. For those in real estate, do you think iBuying will become mainstream?
