By far the easiest way I know is to do 1-click upsells. I would estimate that 90% of companies are not doing this or are not maximizing the opportunity. A 1-click upsell is: After a customer buys but before they get to the thank you page, present another offer.
It could be get half off on a second unit of what they just bought, a complimentary product or even another company's product! I talk about this strategy in: The Lil Secret that Made McDonalds a $106 Billion Behemoth

One way easy way to increase sales is to ask your customers opinion on your products.. There are several ways how this tactic can improve sales. The most obvious benefit is that your customers feel important to your company. They will be more likely to give positive feedback on your company.
It will also allow you to see what improvements are needed for your product that hadn't been noticed before. This will make it easier to improve the product to the customer's needs. From this information, you would also be aware of the market trend. This will make it easier to see if your original product is selling strong or if you need to start selling a new product.

Another easy way is cross-selling. Find a company that sells a complimentary product, partner with them and sell each other's products. You can offer it on your 'thank you' page at a discount. GoDaddy and Office 365 for Business did this quite effectively. Microsoft does not offer web hosting and but GoDaddy does and had spent years acquiring small business customers. Microsoft sold Office 365 at discounted rate to GoDaddy's customers and GoDaddy got a new revenue stream through the affiliate commissions.
