1. Google Alerts
You can set up Google Alerts for all the brands in your industry that you want to track. It;ll try to pull prior articles along with new ones and notify you every time there's news about the brands you've added to the alert. To set up Google alerts, first identify all the brands you want to track, then go to Google.com/alerts. You'll also need a Google gmail account if you don't have one already.
2. Facebook Page
Since most business now have Facebook page, you can also set up a Facebook page for your company and then follow/like your competitors' brands and blogs or channels that cover your industry. All articles, news, and mentions of your competitors will delivered to your brand page.
3. Flipboard
Flipboard allows you to specifically list the industries and companies you are interested in tracking. It'll automatically pull in the daily news into your Flipboard magazine
