Benefits andfunctionalities of Airtable–
Cost: Airtable is free to start. If used for individual or personal database, does not require an upgrade to a paid option. If used for business, may require an upgrade
Simplicity: Very intuitive, easy to learn the functionalities and to use
Business Roles: Can be used for different business purposes including CRM, Sales & Marketing, Products, Services, Operations, Accounting, Leadership Roles, Project Management
Role Based Access: Can give access and permissions to both internal team members and external stakeholders to collaborate
File Types: Airtable allows embedding of other file types including – notes, text files, audio, video, images, etc. This is one of the most powerful features of Airtable
Templates: offers hundreds of templates based on role/function. Examples include – marketing campaign tracking, product catalog, product launch, product planning, event planning, bug tracker, social media calendar, etc. Options include – selecting a template, creating your own from scratch or importing a spreadsheet.
Data Relationships: Link and create relationships with other tables
