My favorite podcasts are:
The Marketing Companion by Mark Schaefer and Unemployable with Brian Clark.
Nothing that addresses one particular topic, but maybe you’ll find some nuggets of wisdom there.
Unfortunately, many podcasts are really “Bantercasts” (including both of these) where the ratio of chit-chat vs real useful information is higher than I would prefer.

I've enjoyed The Humans Strike Back produced by the Hotjar team.

It is about using customer feedback to improve products i.e. succeeding by putting your users first. It seems obvious but it surprising how often even the best can lose sight of this!

For Facebook ads, I like the Perpetual Traffic podcast.
