I've seen "schedule a callback" forms work better than just "call this number".
Maybe try something like that? You could do a calendly link or something simple like that.
Another way to do it could be with a live chat window timed for that step.
You could have it "pop open" at that exact moment. Something like "Would you like some personal tips for X?* My name is (name) and I'm here, live, to answer your questions."
CTA could be improved but you get the idea.

Couple thoughts: Utilize click to call as an option, there can be a call to action with a special incentive for those who call. You can also have a input your number here for a call back at a specific time... a little different, but still call oriented.
