How to allocate $300K capital for DTC apparel brand?
I've got an investor to commit $300K (letter of intent) to my fledgling apparel brand. We've proven sales $30K with decent gross profit and now want to go big. What is a good marketing vs. inventory budget allocation? I am thinking 30% for marketing, 50% inventory the rest for overheads. Running on WooCommerce and ad spend on FB/Instagram.
