<p>I am the co-founder of discuss.io. I love replacing FTEs with software, I've been doing this since 1996.</p><p>I enjoy Lean and I like to run simple cheap experiments before going \"all in\". It's saved me +100k.<br>I started as a desktop services technician, worked through networking then software testing, then software development then on to the architect lead role with a side dish of management.</p>
