For B2B or valuable B2C markets I'm a big fan of the content upgrade flow.
Read content article -> Download relevant free carrot (free email course/book/video series) in exchange for email address -> Cheap ($10 - $80) course / book -> More expensive course / bootcamp / program ($100 - $999) -> High value consulting services ($1000+)
Then you have different email automation depending on what stage of the funnel each lead is at.
For most other B2C, I'm a big fan of referral links. There are a ton of referral networks depending on your niche, but Amazon alone can be fairly lucrative. Not only do you get a referral payout if a referral click buys the product you linked to, but you also get a cut of anything else they buy on Amazon within 24 hours of clicking on your referral link.
