Work with an agency whose clients spend a lot of money i.e. Find an agency that controls millions of dollars in ad spend and become their client. They can then appeal on your behalf. Google will at least consider an appeal from them because of the volume of business they generate. Agencies like this are expensive to hire but you need to use them in your situation as Google will ignore you. I am assuming you don’t spend much currently (at least $10,000 a month on the low end). Nothing talks like money, otherwise you wouldn’t see so many “get rich quick” schemes continue to appear on YouTube (owned by Google).

Find alternative traffic sources. This is easier said than done because each traffic source is different and requires a long period of testing, during which your campaigns are not profitable. But you must do it for your business to be viable long term. Facebook is another good source although they are also strict about supplements making wild claims. Other good sources include Taboola and Outbrain. If you are selling to an older crowd, you could also try NewsMax. Their rates are cheap, they reach millions of people and they are much less strict on what to accept. The audience leans right-wing and conservative and they buy a lot of stuff!

Invest in high quality content that educates your market. It won’t generate sales immediately but is a sure way to get long term, organic traffic. There is lots of content on the web; most of it is low quality. If you take the the time to do this well, you’ll reap the rewards!
- Lastly, you could try having someone else register a brand new site for you and have them manage the Adwords account. But only if you are willing to tone down your claims and not use the images you describe--even if they are genuine. With this option, there’s still a high chance Google will ban the new site, especially if they somehow figure out you are associated with it. It is surprising how much Google knows about us. If you email this person and use a Gmail account, they will figure it out. If you log in to the new Adwords account using the other person’s credentials, they will figure it out. This is a last resort stop gap measure as it doesn’t help you build a long term brand nor help with organic traffic!
