I've used it on a trial basis and was impressed by just how rich their listings are and how easy it and intuitive is to use their dashboard. For example, You can slice and dice a market (by industry sector, company revenue, employee numbers and so on) and then navigate a company's org chart. The features are really well thought out and it is clear someone put in a lot of effort into saving time for enterprise sales reps!
And they even have personal cell phone numbers for many of the executives! I called a CMO of a $50 million revenue software company and that got her to reply to the two unanswered emails I had sent prior.
I suggest you do a trial and then decide if it is worth it. If your company is enterprise sales driven, there is likely no better solution than DiscoverOrg on the market. One deal sourced through them could pay for the software many times over!
The only problem is that it is really expensive! They quoted us $15,000/year for a license that allowed two users. We were clear to them that it would be used by two smaller agencies rather than two employees from the same company and they were okay with this but added a surcharge that made it about $8500 a year per agency.
There is a price for the accuracy and upto-dateness of their listings. They have an army of humans manually curating and verifying this data unlike their competitors who mostly rely on scraping and other automated methods.
By the way, DiscoverOrg recently acquired ZoomInfo for $500 million so I am not sure what that will do to the quality of their listings. For years they were bitter rivals with one touting quality and the other emphasizing the large number of listings.

Hey @vic, DiscoverOrg employee here. We work and have worked with a number of research companies. The biggest pain point we come across is pricing. The best fits are based on how much an organization looks to use us for (sales, marketing, research, etc.). However, that doesn't limit organizations looking for only one solution. @SadikLari To share on how out data quality/coverage will change I can't tell too much because we've been asked to keep quiet on it until the combined platform is released. All I can share is our goal is to offer the same quality and quantity in a new package options. If you have any other questions feel free to reach out to me directly. danielle.hovey@discoverorg.com
